I have a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica with about 47,000 miles on it and it has been making a weird very high pitched whistle noise when driving the car or even when stopped. I cannot tell where the heck it is coming from or which side but it seems to be coming from inside the car and not from under the hood.

Does not appear to be coming out from the car speakers or radio because I have turned them off when the noise happens.

The noise can happen when driving or stopped. Just very odd and irratating. Do you know what the cause of this is?

Thanks!

When it happens again, try turning off the A/C or heat, if it stops, either the motor is making the noise, or a sealing gasket in the tubing(plenum) is leaking air causing the whistling.

Hi, you were correct, I turned off the AC and the noise stopped. So it must be some sealing gasket in the tubing(plenum) is leaking air causing the whistling. But how to I determine where that actually is? I do not have a smoke machine and I am not all that farmiliar with things under the hood. Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks!

To figure out which door it is turn the heat on different temperatures and from defrost to heat. This will tell you which door it is.

It seems to be coming from the passenger side. What is the next step from there?
Thanks!
