I started to back out of the parking lot and I heard a noise in the back end so I put it into drive and it took awhile before my car started to drive. As I came to a stop sign it felt like it stopped hard. I thought I heard a sound on the right side of the car but it wasnt loud. When I came to a hill I shifted down to (i have an autostick) 2nd gear then to first and it sounded like it was grinding. When I put it back into drive the noise went away. When I drive 55 mph it doesn't feel like the transmission is slipping. I have checked fluid and it is normal.
