Car wont start backfires threw throttlebody

I have a 1995 plymoth neon, with 97k miles. The timing belt tensioner pully went bad and the timing belt jumped a tooth.I was reciving a trouble code 11 at that time and I believe my pcm went into in limp mode.I have replaced the pully and timing belt properly, but now when I try to start my car it will not run and backfires threw the throttlebody. Please Help THANX.
