Just this morning I took my husband to work and on the way there the windshield wipers worked fine, but on the way home the one on the drives side wont come up, if I make it go up half way it will go all the way but once it goes down it wont come back up. Its a 1993 chysler newyorker and it is a great car but the windshield wiper just wont work now.
