1995 Chrysler New Yorker Repair Question

1995 Chrysler New Yorker 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 148,00 miles
odometer, tripometer, speedometer, tach, gas gauge and temp gauge just quit working. The high beam indicator, shift indicator, turn signal lights and everything else works. Checked 5 amp fuse in internal fuse box and it is good. Replace instrument cluster with used one and symptoms still there. What can it be?
