Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Chrysler New Yorker 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 216000 miles

I have a 1993 Chrysler New Yorker (216,XXX miles). I have ahad many pronlems latley/

When i press the gas the car barley moves. After a couple of seconds of pressing the gas the car kicks up to speed.

While driving the car begins the sputter and slows down, and when i press the gas the car barley moves. After a couple of seconds of pressing the gas the car kicks up to speed.

I changed the fuel filter, new spark plugs and wires, new coil pack, sometimes it still does it.

TODAY (MAY 23, 2009) The car has a hard time starting. It makes louds rumbling and i have to press the gas to keep it running. If it does stay running the noise gets even louder and the car shuts off

What might the problem be?

THANKS ALOT
