Engine Performance problem
1988 Chrysler New Yorker 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
The engine acts like it is not getting any gas when accelerating. Had the fuel pump and filter changed in the last month. The voltage also stays below 12 when it is warmer outside. Dies when i try to use the a/c. While the a/c is on the voltage drops out of the normal operating range marks on the voltmeter. I believe it may be the alternator but am not sure still need to have checked. If anyone knows what could be wrong let me know.
