1996 Chrysler LHS Check Engine light on rough idle

Engine Mechanical problem
1996 Chrysler LHS 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My "Check Engine" light is on. I went to Checker Auto and plugged in the analyzer to check the diagnostics. It indicated that #5 cylinder was misfiring. I checked the spark and I seems to be getting a spark to the plug. The plug is also dry so my assumption is that the fuel injector may not be working properly. I put in a can of STP injector cleaner and so far nothing after a few days of short trip driving. What is an easy way to clean out the injector or what else might I be looking to do?

Thanks,

Hello, just about anything can cause a misfire. If you think it is an injector issue, you could swap injectors, see if the problem follows the injector. You could do an ohms test on the injector in question, see how it compares to the others.
