Computer problem
1995 Chrysler LHS 150350 miles
Can will not start in cold weather (30 degrees & below)....battery has been eliminated. Can this be associated with the computer. I had a VCM installed in July 09.

I need to know if the engine is getting spark and fuel to the engine.
