You cant just loosen the dash you have to completely remove it all you should see when your done is the steering column and the wires coming from under hte dash. You need to get a clear shot at the air ducts to change it dont worry it is a 3+ hour job to get it apart just keep goign

Yes but worth it. Better then paying 400-500 for service charge at a mechanics. There should be no hidden bolts and screws.

You have to take off the steering wheel and pull it off then take the door off of the heater core compartment unconect the hoses from the firewall in the engine and pull it out
