1992 Chrysler Le Baron power window right convertible

Usually, you still can pull the window out with a plier. To access the window, you have to pull out the rear seat and then you can remove the plastic part covering the window and windows motor. Is the motor still running (do you hear it, while pressing the up/down button)? If yes, it is the bottom wheel, that fell apart (or the wire fell from the cable guide). If the motor is not running any more, you have to open the water outlets on the bottom of the car and let the motor dry first.
