1992 Chrysler Le Baron car stalls when I stop ( put on the

I have a 92 lebaron GTC 3.0 auto-

When I drive the car, and go to stop ( say at a light) the battery gauge goes down then the car stalls, I can restarts it with no problem. I just had a new battery put in, new filter, had the alternator tested and it came out fine, the battery was only putting out 300 when it should put out 770 ( so I bought a new battery hoping that was the problem) and well, it still stalled on me when I stopped at the light. I am a Female, ( I dont know cars that well) and the book I have for my car does not show specifically where to find say the TPS at, so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what could be the problem and help me find it on the car I would appreciate it.

Hi:
The TPS is on or near the throttle body. However, has the check engine light ever come on? If not, chances are the problem isn't the TPS. Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
