You'll need a deep 7/16ths socket or an 11mm works also and a ratchet. It just unscrews, use 6 point sockets, better with a 1/4 inch drive but 3/8ths drive ratchet will work. Just remove, switch the wire over and screw it back in. It self adjusts on the first closing of the door. Some have a screw or two holding them in(plastic type). Ok
