1987 Chrysler Le Baron 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my car will start every now and again. I have gotten a portable battery charger and my car drains it with one crank. I have gotten my radio taken out of my car, I have gotten new spark plugs, a new battery (had it charged and water put into the cells) a new alternator and a new starter and still nothing. It started at first then cut off a couple of times before I was able to drive it. I have been to a couple of mechanicsm got diagnostics done and it comes back as everything is fine. What the hell could be the problem, I want to drive it over a cliff!

Do below if its cranking over and will not start, we start here

Get a helper disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine atleast 3/16 away from ground-have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, cap and rotor, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing
