Electrical problem
1998 Chrysler Intrepid 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
LIGHTS AND ALL ELECTRICAL PARTS ON CAR TURNED OFF ON ME. THE CAR WON'T TURN OVER WHEN I TURN IGNITION, AND WON'T DISPLAY ANY LIGHTS ON DASH BOARD.

Have you checked from the source, the battery? Also, if battery terminals and grounds to engine block are clean and tight, there is a power distribution box under the hood. If you check it, there should be a main fuse that may have blown.
Let me know what you find. Also, make sure to check the battery. It could have shorted out internally.
