Key fob lost signal
Electrical problem
2004 Chrysler Crossfire 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 24000 miles
My Crossfire suddenly lost the signal to my car and the following occured. Remote would not unlock or lock car, and car would not start. I replaced the batteries in the remote which were very weak. I found the programming instructions online and trued to program the remote. Same issues. I am finding the car needs a signal from the FOB to enable start up. I towed the car to the dealer and they tell me that the anti-theft unit is not sending a signal to the ECU....which makes perfect sense if the key/transpoder are not mating. Any ideas??
