wont start

I recently purchased a 95 chrysler concord v6 with 136,000 mi. all of a sudden wont start. It turns over and the heater and lights turn on-even if i didnt have them on- but then just turns off. The lights blink like hazard lights and it even makes the clicking noise like when the hazards are on. I tried changing the battery to a brand new one and it still does the same thing. What could be wrong with it

Check to see if you have an alarm in it .

Disconnect battery turn key on connect the
battery try to start

Or look under the steering column or in that general area for small switch
