Chrysler Concorde Repair Question

Chrylser concorde code P1684
My 2000 Chrylser Concorde( 2.7 , 95,000 miles) started surging while driving and dying @ stops. Codes said the TPS (throttle position sensor) was bad. Replaced that,Now code is reading P1684. Replacing the TPS did make the "check engine" light go off, but car is still surging at times although not as bad. Can't seem to find what code P1684 means

When the last time you disconnected the battery?
P1684 Battery Disconnected Within Last 50 Starts (Chrysler) plus Jeeps
If its a computer charging system regulated type. The computer is probably being given a curve ball thinking the battery is dead and throwing the code.
Have the charging system check
