1998 Chrysler Concorde
Hi I have a 1998 chrysler concorde that I took to the local dealer to have the spark plugs changed. I would have done this myself however the person who owned the car prior to me put in the wrong plugs and I wouldnt even get the socket over them. Well the dealer took them out and all however they cracked my valve covers, and didnt even tighten the plugs. I was able to pull 5 of the 6 plugs back out and cant even get to one because they tightened the coil down so tight that one of the bolts are stripped. There was oil and gas everywhere. Was wondering if anyone had some advice on what I should do being I am a 26 year old female and dont want to treated like a stupid woman by a mechanic. I grew up with a father who was a mechanic and he taught me how to work on cars, so I know what I am doing. My car now smokes and runs like crap. Any advice would be great. Thanks
