Hello-- two weeks ago I had my winter tires exchanged out for summer. I've noticed in the last couple of days I'm hearing a whine. Especially when I make turns but also driving straight. Is this because the tires were'nt balanced? Please Help. I'm concerned. Thank you.

Whoever changed over your tires, I would take it back to them and tell them your car wasnt making this noise until they changed the tires over, I hope they did not warp the rotor by putting them on too tight.
