The water pump went bad, I changed it, I changed the thermostat, flushed the radiator, the car still overheats usually in hot wheather or when the A/c is running.

HI there,

If you just flushed the radiator with a garden hose this is often not enough, the radiator will need a pressure clean internally as a number of the cores may still be blocked, this hould be done by a radiator shop, start here.
