In checking out reviews of the 99 Cirrus I find it common that the blower motor eventually goes out on the low side (Only blows at high speed). I have had the "Resistor" replaced twice within 3 weeks - both times the resistor has gone bad. I'm about to take it in a third time for this - What could be the problem? Comments appreciated! Jim

Possible cause of the blower not operating in all speeds
faulty blower motor feed circuit wire harness or connectors
faulty blower motor relay
faulty blower motor resistor
faulty blower motor switch
be sure when replacing the resistor you inspect the wiring and connector
