I have a 1986 Chrysler 5th Ave. V-8 with 180,000 miles.
Battery is 4 months old.
Alternator is 2 months old
Voltage regulator is 2 months old.
All 3, 5, 10, 15, and 20 amp fuses are good.

I drove the car for about 30 min then parked. When I tried to start the car 20 min later it would not start.

No headlights, horn or dash lights.
Was unable to start car using jumper cables.

When I turn the ign. Key I do not hear the click that is usual when trying to start with a dead battery.

Checked for frayed or broken wires and found none.
I haven't a clue as to what the problem is.

Sure could use some insight as to what to look for next.

Make sure the battery cables going to the battery didn't come loose. Also check for loose grounds going to the body and frame. Another thing to check is power to the ignition switch. Good luck
