My 1990 Chrysler New Yorker will not blow cold air thru the dash vents no mater where I have the settings, It is a digital control that says off, floor, panel, or windshield, It blows out the floor or windshield when set on air conditioner.I changed out the digital controler and still the same thing, I can not find any vaccume lines off the pod that pulls it from one level to the other and they all sem to be working. HELP PLEASE its a dark car but only got 73.000 miles on it and we use it as a 3rd car, Its a 3.3 liter, auto trans, front wheel drive, 4 door. Direct port injection.

Have you checked the source vacuum at the brake booster? That is usually where they tap into it for Chryslers

Need to tear into it a little and find the door that controls the levels and see if the vacuum actuator is good.
