2000 Chrysler 300 heating.
i cant get my heat on..my climate control only blows out cold air.

first i would like you to get the vehicle to warm up on the temp guage about mid way on the temp guage then shut off the vehicle and feel the heater core hoses DIRECTLY AT THE FIREWALL and let me know what you find.
are they both hot?
one hot and one cold/warm
both hoses just warm
Or are both cold?
