2003 Chevy Venture Power Window Switch
Electrical problem
2003 Chevy Venture 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
Is it logical to assume that, after replacing the power window motor on the driver's side, if the window still won't respond, it is the switch that is faulty? If so, what is a reasonable price to pay for a replacement switch, new or used?

Is the driver's side window the only one which doesn't work?
If so, you have a point.
However, use a test light to check for power at the new motor. Power should be present on the wires (one or the other) when you push the button to move the window up and then down.
If no power, check to see if power is getting to the switch. If power gets to the switch but not to the motor and the wires are in good shape, then you'r e right. Repalce the switch.
http://www.rockauto.com has good prices on the new switch.
Either order from them or use the price to compare with local parts stores.
Good luck.
