How do you bleed the air from the power steering system after a new PS pump is installed.

With the engine off, raise the front wheels off the ground. Then turn the steering wheel stop to stop several times. Lower the vehicle. Top off the fluid. Start the engine. Turn the wheel stop to stop. Shut off the engine for several min. Start the engine and see if it's still noisey. If so, repeat the procedure.
