1987 Chevy Van bleeding brakes with proportioning valve
1987 Chevy Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 130,00 miles
I've been trying to bleed the brakes on my van after pulling the mastercyl apart & cleaning it - all seals look good and it wasn't leaking, but fluid was very dirty. Before I pulled the MC apart, I had been bleeding one front caliper and was able to pump fluid thru it, but after I pushed the pedal to the floor attempting to finish bleeding the front brake, I could't seem to get any more fluid thru it & so took the MC apart. Question is, how do I bleed it? did I push the proportioning valve piston to a point where it stuck or what?
Thanks,
Ken
