Parking Brake Stuck
My 98 K 1500 Silverado 5 speed 4x4 back left tire will not turn because the parking brake is stuck on. The rotors are real rusty and there are no back brakes because the line is busted. How do I take the parking brake cable off of the rotor? I already have the wheel off. Thanks!
But if I take the drum off will the shoes expand and how do I get it back on?

What year is this-you probably talking about the drum-if so you have to remove it to disconnect it.
