my 98 chevy stepside 6 cyl. with 100,000 miles turns over but wont start. Fuel pressure is good. i poured a little fuel into the throttle body and it started and promptly stalled when that fuel was gone. I replaced the relay. any suggestions ? by the way...new pump. lines and filter and tank 3 months ago.

Do not feed it with fuel-disconnect the coil wire at coil have someone crank it over while listening to the injector/s is it clicking?

Find the fuel injector/s and listen to it, is it clicking-if not investigate and test the crankshaft position sensor

Sorry, if its a 4.3L and don't have a carb looking-its on the bottom of the IMTV they call it CPI or Spider center of engine top.

On the back, driver side you'll see the in and out hoses and also the fuel pressure tap -disconnect the closes to you at the driver side when looking at it-check for fuel while key is On. Do you have fuel?
