93 chevy G30 starter

I replaced the starter on my G30 van and had a problem with the starter not disengaging. I had to remove the battery connection to stop this. I underestand the starter was probably bad and replaced it again. Now my problem is I have no power to the ACC. ignition switch. Dash lights, radio, ect.... All dome and headlights work and I have checked all fuses under the dash. What am I missing.? Is there a relay to the ignition.
Thanks in advance

You have a knot of fusable links connected to the starter + terminal. You probably broke on or blew one out. Good luck
