1988 Chevrolet Truck Repair Question

88 truck not starting after a few days
1988 chevy truck 5.0 truck will not start after sitting a few days . I have replaced feul filter , pump, regulator,plugs, wiresand checked for codes on ecu. will start with a shot of starting fluid and run fine. truck will start every day if cranked but if it sits 2 or more days it needs starting fluid to get it running any help greatly appreatiated

dont know much but ive heard that starting fluid can freez up your engine. try checking the map sensor, i had a GM that had the sam problem. maybe fuel relay?
