I replaced fuel tank due to leak and damaged fuel pump and replaced it also. Now truck starts intermittently, checked wire from pump to relay for continuity and checked relay and fuse, all good. Do you have any suggestions? Turn key to start repeatedly and once in a great while it will start. Could it be coincidence that its now in the switch?

I'd use a gage and check fuel pressure, key on engine off. With spider fuel systen, 60--66psi. Did you check for good voltage and ground at the pump connector. Single tank, gray wire is voltage, black is ground for pump motor. Engine cranking, take reference reading off battery posts, should be close to the same on the gray wire. I didn't think to look for fuel pump test connector, you may have one.
