Brakes problem
1995 Chevy Truck 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

hi. guys my 1995 chevy 1500 slows down when i take my foot off the accerator and it drags when it drives. theres a loud pitch sound coming from the back of the truck and the whole truck shakes wildly when i go pass 35 mph and when i try to stop it does it also and im scared for my safety and the safety of other drivers . what could the problem be? me and my cousin changed the brake shoes but the problems still there
