1975 Chevrolet Truck Repair Question

1975 Motor Replacement
I have a 1975 Chevy Van20 I want to get rid of original 350 and put a 383 stroker in it and I wanted to know the easiest way to get motor and tranny out! Do I do it from inside the cab or disesemble the front (grill)?

definatly remove the grill and pull it that way you might have to remove the intake for clearance for the engine hoist but thats the easiest way out
