Installed new battery today at auto zone. Car cut off several times when I switched air on had not done before took back to auto zone and they said to drive to reset computer drove all after and still cuts off. Sounds like compressor is cutting off and on now blowing warm air without much forc had not done before original battery was changed today one friend who builds engines for roush yates said the compressor clutch could be hangig because of low freon what can I do

I would start by having the freon tested in the AC. There is some truth to what AZ told you. When the battery is removed for a period of time, the computer does have to relearn its job. Did AZ also check the alternator?
