Engine Cooling problem
2001 Chevy Tracker Automatic 102000 miles

I recently got my hoses and radiator replaced. I recently got a code p0116.

i looked at my coolant tank and it is full but all water. i opened the cap on the radiator and it had a light brown sludge in it mixed with green. Please advise, what is going on!

I justtt replaced my radiator like two weeks ago. Thanks for any advise.
