1998 Chevrolet Tracker Repair Question

1998 Chevy Tracker Will start intermittently.
Engine Mechanical problem
1998 Chevy Tracker 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 112,00 miles
My tracker starts at times and then others it will not. Battery is fine but the engine will not turn over when the key is turned. Clutch is engaged but no success. Please advise.
