2000 Chevy Tahoe Radio Swap between 2003 and 2000 hoe?

My question is can I take the radio/cd player from a 2003 tahoe and put it in my 2000? Mine is stock, not bose, not onstar, with remote cassete deck.

Is the one in the 2003 stock? If it is the swap should be farely easy. The faceplate around the radio might be diferent. If the wiring connections are different then you can get a adapter at someplace like best buy or circuit city.
