I was considering buying a replacement engine for my tahoe that would cost me about 450 dollars with 71000 miles on it. How much should it cost me to get my current engine taken out and the new engine installed.

If the engine is a direct replacement - meaning just take out the old one and drop in the new one - with NO modifications and NO problems - this job can be done in a day - 8hrs at $45per hr. HOWEVER--I do not think that there has ever been an engine replacement that has ever gone exactly smooth without any modification or fitment issues. If you plan on $500 or $600 you should be in the ball park.
