1999 Chevy Tahoe wiper repair

The passenger side wiper will not work. The part the arm attachs to just rotates. It appears to be bradded on. Is there a repair part for this or what can I do?

Have you looked at the cog that is attached to the pivot pin in the center. The pin being the thing that is turning. Sometimes there is a set screw that secures the cog (with the serrated edge) to the pin.
