1999 Chevy Tahoe low pressure and knocking

If by low pressure you mean low OIL pressure, your oil pump seems to be failing. The knocking you hear can be a few things, if it is a ROD knock - you should consider rebuilding the engine. If it is a LIFTER knock then you can replace the lifter..Solve the OIL pressure problem first...
