pressure is low accept for driving over 20 mph but engine is constantly knocking.

If by low pressure you mean low OIL pressure, your oil pump seems to be failing. The knocking you hear can be a few things, if it is a ROD knock - you should consider rebuilding the engine. If it is a LIFTER knock then you can replace the lifter. Solve the OIL pressure problem first.
