Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
2001 Chevy Suburban V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 274000 miles

This is my first car im aware it has high miles but it has been taken care of. but when i first bought it the spider gears were all shattered in the dif case i changed the entire locker with ring. it was a 4:10 but is now 3:73 i took the cover off recently and found 3 teeth that have broken right off the ring gear. just wondering did the drop in ratio mean that this problem was inevitable or am i simply just blowing rear ends. any help is appreciated
