Hello I have a problem my sub wont start it turns over strong and the fuel pump is not turnin on like it normally does can you tell me what it could be

Check the fuse ECM-B and the fuel pump relay in the underhood fuse/relay block see below

When fuse and relay checks out -test for power at the gray wire-you got 2secs to check it -before the fuel pump relay de-energizes. see below
