'99 was a split year; my door handles are horizontal and lift upwards.

I recently replaced the driver's door handle assembly and reinstalled all connectors and panel items. All functions on the driver's door master switch assembly are working properly. (Note: to get the engine to start after completing the door repairs, I had to remove the ground wire from the battery and short it to the still-connected positive cable to reprogram the ecm.)

However, the individual electric window switches on the RF, RR, and LR doors do not operate at all. The windows do operate off the master switch panel on the driver's door, but not off the individual door switches.

I replaced the OEM #12077863 electric window circuit breaker, but that did not solve the problem.

I removed the circuit breaker and used a multimeter to check for voltage where the breaker mounts on the panel, but got only random voltages in the range of.003-.005v.

Which makes it seem that there is no 12v voltage reaching the panel socket for the circuit breaker; but that doesn't explain why the window switches on the driver's door master switch panel are all working properly.

Where do I go from here?

Welcome to the forum, thanks for the donation. Does the master switch have a lockout? I guess it is a safety thing for children, if you hit the lockout, only the driver can operate the windows and doorlocks.

Also that voltage reading, if that was at the circuit breaker, that isn't correct? Let us know what you find.

Well, Geezus Kerhist! I went back and discovered that the window kiddy-lockout rocker switch somehow got pushed when I was reinstalling the master switch panel in the driver's door, but not enough so it was visible. And since I've never used it, I didn't think to check it out. So I flipped it to normal several times, and the windows switches proceeded to work normally.

Those voltages at the breaker panel were just random miniscule trace voltages, apparently nothing to worry about; I get them in numerous places on the vehicle.

Anyway, thanks for helping me learn something today.
