Whenever I am driving my 86 Spectrum down the road it sounds like the brakes are rubbing on the drivers side front, but whenever I apply brakes to slow down or stop it seems like the noise is still there. Please help me....(This car has been sitting in a garage for twelve years and not been driven in 12 years and this is all that I can find wrong with it...)
