I have a 1996 Chevy Silverado C1500, with 130,000 miles. I had just driven the truck to the store. When I returned 10-15 minutes later I tried to start, nothing. I have no power to any electrical system. I tried to jump and got no power to starter, dome lights, radio, headlights, etc.

What could be the problem?

For a start I will check the pass lock sensor. Try resetting the pass II system .
