Fuel pump replacement

I replaced the fuel pump on an 2001 silverado, 4.3 liter, with 98k miles approximately...i dont get power to the pump? the relay appears good, i read in the manual, there is a fuze but cant find that? any ideas...? this is killing me! three days later the truck is still not running. could the PCM cause the lack of power, as the check engine light is on but last time i stuck the obd reader it said no codes stored?

Check the ECM B 20amp fuse-did you test the fuel pump relay to confirm its good. Turn key to On-at relay do have power at dark green and white-no power there and 20amp fuse is good and black wire is good to ground-I say its the PCM
