CHEVY GAUGE CALIBRATION PROCEDURES

2004 Chevrolet Silverado

Electrical problem
2004 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 97,890 miles

I replaced dead dashboard lights inside my instrument cluster. (Not twist out- soldered to the board) When I disassembled the cluster to get to my lights I had to take off my needles. I read somewhere else on-line that all I had to do for my model (no min/max pins) was to turn the gauges counter-clockwise before I pull them off. And the same on intalation.
I thought I had the propper process. But now everything is off buy a few degrees.
Am I screwed? Or can I fix this myself. A lot of what I've found says I need to take it to a dealer. Too much $ though!
I need test voltages and ratings to go by. I have my repair manual with diaghrams to locate correct pins. PLEASE HELP> > > > >
