2002 Chevy Silverado Battery Drain

My pickup sits parked in our shop a week at a time. I am trying to determine what continues to drain the battery and if there might be an easy way to install a disconnect switch on those devices or on the battery itself. I was specifically trying to completely disarm the security system - it does not discuss much in the owners manual. Any other suggestions would be welcome as well.
